Listen to Voicemail
- To access voicemail messages, on the dial pad
, dial *98 and click
to call.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- You will then be told if you have any messages

Steps to review messages

- You messages should play automatically, if not press 1
- You can navigate the message

- Dial *98.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 0 to record your new message.
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
- Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message.
Steps to record unavailable greeting
Unavailable Message
This is the message callers will hear if you are not able to answer the phone when leaving a voicemail
- Dial *98.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 1 to record your unavailable message.
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
- Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message.
Steps to record an busy greeting
Busy Message
The busy message is played when you are on the phone and a caller rings you. If you don't record a busy message, the system will default to your Unavailable Message
- Dial *98.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 2 to record your busy message.
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
- Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message.
Steps to record your name
Name or Department
This recording is played when a caller uses the directory search for a person's name. If you don't record a name, then the computer voice will instead announce your name or department.
- Dial *98.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 3 to record your Name.
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
- Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message
Steps to record a temporary greeting
Temporary Greeting
This message can be used for out-of-office messages for a temporary period of time. When enabled it replaces your unavailable message.
- Dial *98.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 4 to record your temporary message.
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
- Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message

- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 5 to record your password
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
