As part of the Agilico Connect platform, you will be able to manage your configured devices and who they are assigned to. This article details where to access this page and the functionality.
Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)
1. Click on Advanced, then Devices in the left-hand pane of the Customer Portal.
2. A list of registered devices will load, with the device and which user is assigned to the device.
3. To edit a device, Click the Edit button (pencil) next to the device you would like to edit.

You have now successfully modified the user associated them with a device.
