Agilico Connect supports several features which are accessed using a code starting with *

These codes are useful on handsets that have a restricted number of programmable buttons and also the iOS and Android Apps

Note: For example, to pick up a call ringing on extension 456 you would dial *11456 and press enter or Dial

Time of Day Menu

Note: Used to change the phone system between any of the four available time-of-day modes (Day, Night, Lunch, Holiday)

Put the phone system in Day time-of-day mode

Note: This option needs to be preconfigured; voice recorded & file uploaded

The divert number should be entered immediately following the code.
