Accessing the iOS App
Compatibility
- Agilico Connect App will work on any iPhone running iOS 13 or later
- The app is not designed for iPads
Downloading the app
- To download the Android app, scan the QR code below on your phone.

Logging In
To login to the app, you will require a Pin Code
If you have not been provided with the pin code, please speak to your telecom administrator, who will generate this for you.
- Open the app and enter your pin code
- Click the Sign In button
- You will then be signed into the app home screen
If the app does not log you in, then
- Check you have an internet connection
- Check the pin code you are using is correct
If you still can’t log in, then please speak to your telecoms administrator
Navigating the App

Call HistoryThe call history shows a list of calls. Below are the descriptions for each icon
Double-tap on a row to call that number back.

Dial PadThe dial pad allows you to call a landline, mobile or DDI Extention number. Press the 0-9 keys to enter the number, then press the Call OptionsOnce you press the

ContactsThe contacts tab displays a list of all company-shared contacts. You can use the search function to find any contacts. The list is managed by the company administrator. |

Voice Mail
To access voicemail messages, press the Message button or Dial *98.
Steps to record Unavailable Greeting
- Dial *98.
- Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
- Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
- Press 1 to record your unavailable message.
- Follow prompts to record a message and press # to save.
- Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message.
Shared Mailbox
To access a shared or group mailbox, press the Message Button or dial *98.
- Enter the Mailbox Number and the Password (this is not the same as your personal mailbox).
- Once you are in the voicemail system, you will have several options while listening to your messages.

The voicemail default Mailbox number and Password are your extension number.
