Agilico Connect Apps introduced presence features in addition to the standard telephony functions of Do not Disturb (DnD) and Call Forwarding.
When adding this new feature we chose not to directly link the presence state of DnD with the telephony function. This means if you set your presence in a Connect app to DnD you will still receive phone calls. Similarly if you turn on DnD for calls your presence can remain available.
This was part of a larger project to look at how users change settings.
Over the coming months we will release a new feature called user profiles. This feature will allow you to configure profiles which control both user presence and telephony DnD in one place. If you are interested in this new functionality let us know and we can notify you when it is released.
