Android App for Agilico Connect

How to access the Agilico Connect Android App

 

Compatibility

The Agilico Connect App should work on any Android phone running Android 12 or later. The app is not designed for Android tablets.

 

Downloading the app

To download the Android app:

  1. Scan the QR code below on your phone

 

  1. Click this link to open in the Google Play Store

 

 

Logging In 

To login to the app, you will require a Pin Code

If you have not been provided with the pin code, please speak to your telecoms administrator, who will generate this for you.

  • Open the app and enter your pin code
  • Click the Sign In button
  • You will then be signed into the app home screen

If the app does not log you in, then

  • Check you have an internet connection
  • Check the pin code you are using is correct
  • If you still can’t log in, then please speak to your company IT team or  telecoms administrator. 

Once the app opens, you will see the navigation pane at the top.

Call History

The call history shows a list of calls. Below are the descriptions for each icon

Outbound Call

Missed Call

Inbound Call

Transferred Call

 

Call Rejected

 

 

Double-tap on a row to call that number back.

 

Dial Pad

The dial pad allows you to call a landline, mobile or DDI Extension number.

Press the 0-9 keys to enter the number, then press the to call

 

Call Options

Once you press the, the call will connect, and you will see the options below.

Record

Currently, the option to turn recording on and off is greyed out. (The feature will be available in a future release.)

If you have a call recording subscription, then recorded calls are available to the administrator in the Agilico Connect admin panel under call logs.  

Park

The Park button places the call into one of the park slots. You will be taken back to the main screen when you press park. You can then make another call. Up to 3 calls can be parked.

To pick up a parked call, click on the navigation pane and dial

*3701 – Call Park Slot 1 Retrieval

*3702 – Call Park Slot 2 Retrieval

*3703 – Call Park Slot 3 Retrieval

 

Mobile Flip

The mobile flip option allows you to transfer the call from the app to your mobile number.

Mute

When pressed, the mute button will turn Red indicating the call has been muted. The caller won’t hear you, but you can still listen to them.

Keypad

The keypad button allows you to access the Keypad should you need to dial any other numbers.

Speakerphone

The speakerphone button allows you to turn on or off the speakerphone when the Red the speakerphone is enabled.

Hold

The hold button allows your to place a call on hold. Once the call is put on hold, the caller can’t hear you, and you won’t be able to hear the caller.

Add Call

You can add a second call to the conversation.

Press the Add Call button

Then either select a call from the Call History, Address Book or dial a number on the Keypad and add a call using the add call option.

Transfer

You have the option to transfer the call to a landline, mobile or DDI through the transfer button.

End Call

The end call option will terminate the current call and take you back to the dial pad.

 

Contacts

The contacts tab displays a list of all company-shared contacts. You can use the search function to find any contacts.

The list is managed by the company administrator.

 

 

 

Copy Phone Number

If you have a number on your phone, you wish to call from the Agilico Connect app, you can select and copy the number then press and hold in the white space on the dial pad until the paste option appears to paste the number into the app.

Then press the dial button to call the number.

Settings

Sign In/Out

The settings tab allows you to access Settings or Sign Out.

End Call

  • Save call log on exit 
  • Clear Call Log – This will clear the call log.

 

Contacts

  • Download the shared address book
  • Download Contacts -  Will download the contacts to the Agilico Connect App

 

Call Notifications

  • Ring on incoming call
  • Wake phone on incoming call
  • Notify missed calls
  • Notification timeout 
  • Test Notification – This will generate a notification from the Android OS which

Voicemail

To access voicemail messages, press the Message button or Dial *98.

Steps to record Unavailable Greeting:

  1. Dial *98.
  2. Enter Mailbox (users Ext no.) and Password (User’s Extno.)
  3. Press 0 to change mailbox settings.
  4. Press 1 to record your unavailable message.
  5. Follow prompts to record the message and press # to save.
  6. Follow the prompts to Accept, Listen or Re-Record the message.

Shared Mailbox

To access a shared or group mailbox, press the Message Button or dial *98.

  • Enter the Mailbox Number and the Password (this is not the same as your personal mailbox).
  • Once you are in the voicemail system, you will have several options while listening to your messages.

*   To return to the main menu

 

The voicemail default Mailbox number and Password are your extension number.
