To edit a button profile:

1. Log in to the Portal https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk 
2. Clicking the Button Profiles tab on the right-hand side.
3. Click the  Edit Button next to the profile you want to edit.

Changing profile name

1. Under Profile Details, click on the name field and change the name. Most users create profiles by Role or Site, e.g. Sales or London Office, and click Save  

Edit a handset button

To edit a handset button from a button profile:

1. Under the Handsets Buttons section, click the  Edit Button next to the button you wish to edit.
2. An Edit Handset Button window will pop up, change the desired settings

3. Click the Save button once done, and the window will close.

Change a handset button's order

To change the order in which a handset button is presented on the phone:

1. Under the Handsets Buttons section, click the Edit Button next to the button you wish to change.
2. An Edit Handset Button window will pop up, click the Button Number dropdown to change the desired order. 
3. Click the Save button once done, and the window will close.

Deleting a handset button from a profile

To delete a handset button from a button profile:

1. Under the Handsets Buttons section, click the  delete button next to the button you wish to remove.
2. A Delete Confirmation window will pop up, click Delete
3. The handset button will now be removed from the profile.
