To edit a button profile:
- Log in to the Portal https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk
- Clicking the
Button Profiles tab on the right-hand side. - Click the Edit Button next to the profile you want to edit.
Changing profile name
- Under Profile Details, click on the name field and change the name. Most users create profiles by Role or Site, e.g. Sales or London Office, and click Save
Edit a handset button
To edit a handset button from a button profile:
- Under the Handsets Buttons section, click the Edit Button next to the button you wish to edit.
- An Edit Handset Button window will pop up, change the desired settings

- Click the Save button once done, and the window will close.
Change a handset button's order
To change the order in which a handset button is presented on the phone:
- Under the Handsets Buttons section, click the Edit Button next to the button you wish to change.
- An Edit Handset Button window will pop up, click the Button Number dropdown to change the desired order.
- Click the Save button once done, and the window will close.
Deleting a handset button from a profile
To delete a handset button from a button profile:
- Under the Handsets Buttons section, click the delete button next to the button you wish to remove.
- A Delete Confirmation window will pop up, click Delete
- The handset button will now be removed from the profile.

Assigning to a User
To assign the button profile to a user, go to Users on the left dashboard and Edit the user. Find the Button Profile dropdown and select the profile you have created.
