This article includes information on the ‘Internal Numbers’ section of the platform, its functionality and how to manage internal numbers. Please see the following for a step-by-step process to successfully manage a divert.
Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)
- Once you are in the Agilico Connect portal, navigate the menu on the left side of the page and select ‘Advanced’ at the bottom. You will then be greeted with a further drop-down menu, select ‘Internal Numbers’.
- In this form, you will be able to view all internal numbers registered on your tenancy.

To view or modify an internal number, search for the number you require and then to:

Modify select the ‘Pencil’ icon.
- Select the Site from the dropdown
- Select the Ring pattern from the dropdown
- Click Save

Modify select the ‘Pencil’ icon.
Ring Pattern
Defines the ring pattern that the external caller hears while waiting for someone in the group to answer. This may mimic standard UK ringing or be customised (e.g. single ring, double ring, etc.).
