In this article we will look at the steps required to use the Agilico Connect Web or Desktop App.
- You Agilico Connect administrator will notify you once they have set you up on the solution.
- Once setup go to https://softphone.agilicoconnect.co.uk/
- Enter you registered email address, typically this will be your work email and press Request Code.

- You will then receive an email from agilicoconnect@agilico.co.uk. If you don't receive a code, please see troubleshooting at the end of this guide.
- Copy the code from the email and enter this under the Account Verification section and then press Verify.

- You will now be logged into the the web app.

Troubleshooting
- If you didn't receive a code. Please review the following.
- Check you entered your email address correctly
- Check your spam or junk email folder or software
- Speak to your Agilico Connect internal administrator to check your account is correctly setup
- Speak to your IT Team to check that emails from agilicoconnect@agilico.co.uk are not blocked
- If you receive an error when you enter your code. Please review the following.
- Please try typing in the code rather than copying and pasting.
- Press Request Another Code to try again. Make sure that you use the code from the most recent email message. Older codes can't be re-used.
- Check with your Agilico Connect internal administrator that your account is enabled for the Connect web app.
- Check with your Agilico Connect internal administrator that your email address is correct. It must match perfectly.
