When you first login to the Agilico Connect Web App the software will check your audio devices to ensure a seamless experience.
The welcome page below will identify the device selected for your Microphone, Speaker, and Primary ringer, if the browser can't access any device then you will get an error “Please connect an output device” as no output device found as seen in the image below.

If you get this error then there are several steps you can take to resolve the issue.
