The Agilico Connect platform provides both user and shared voicemail mailboxes.  To access a mailbox and listen to messages you will need the mailbox number and the pin code.  If you do not know what these are, please contact your Connect administrator.

Handsets

Apps

To access the voicemail system from apps or if you handset does not have a dedicated button, start a new call and dial *98.

Authentication

The voicemail system will prompt for the mailbox number.  Enter this using the numeric keypad.  After a short pause you will be asked to enter the mailbox pin code.  Again use the numeric keypad.

If authentication fails, you will be asked again two more times.
