This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to access reports on a Call Groups.
Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)
1. Click on Call Groups in the left-hand pane of the Customer Portal.
2. A list of Call Groups will be displayed. To view the stats for a particular call group, click on the Stats icon.
3. This will take you to the stats page to view the call statistics for that Call Group, which can be filtered. By default, the stats will show for Today. This can be changed by clicking the Select icon at the top in the Filters section under Data Range.

Dashboard Options
You can interact with the dashboard in a number of ways. Including expanding a data field, changing the data period, exporting data as PDF, CSV, XML and printing. Whilst navigating the dashboard you will see the following icons.
