The Agilico Connect web and desktop apps monitor various details about all calls made. You can use this tool to diagnose problems causing call quality.
What Affects Call Quality
Call quality depends heavily on a stable and high-speed internet connection, along with the quality of equipment and network configuration. Factors like bandwidth, latency, network jitter, and packet loss can significantly impact call clarity and reliability.
Enable Call Health
To enable call health, visit the setting view and switch on Show call statistics in Advanced Settings and press Save.
Live Call Health
To view call health live, start by making a call. Once the call connects, the call health icon will become active in the calls list. To view the call health rating, single click on the icon. The rating will combine the jitter, round trip time and packet loss into a human friendly value.
To see more detailed information, press the arrow next to advanced call statistics. As shown below.

Historic Call Health
Call health is stored for all successful calls in your call history. To view the health of a call, locate it in the history and single click on the icon.
