Call History

This article explains the call history of the Agilico Connect Web and Desktop App

Overview

The Agilico Connect web and desktop app provide a history of the last 100 calls when you select Calls on the navigation menu.  The history provides the following information.

  • Time and date the call was made or received
  • Details of the remote party
  • Direction of the call and its outcome
  • Duration of the call if it was answered
  • A button to call the person back

Call Results and Missed Calls

The result of the call is displayed as an icon and a short explanation.  The following list provides additional information.

  • Outgoing
The call was made by the user.  The duration can be used to identify if the remote party answered.
  • Incoming
The call was received and was answered by the user.
  • Incoming (Pickup of <name>)
The user used the pickup feature to intercept and answer another users call.
  • Missed
The call was received but was not answered.  If the call was part of a group it also means no one else answered.
  • Missed (Answered Elsewhere)
The call was received, not answered by the user but someone else did take the call.
  • Missed (Picked up by <name>)
The call was received but was not answered.  Another user intercepted and answered the call.

Queued Calls

A call that passes through a queue may make several attempts to ring a group of users before it is answered.  A missed call is recorded for every attempt.  Only the last attempt will show as answered elsewhere.

Searching

  1. Click on the calls tab on the left of the softphone screen

    2. If you are searching for a name e.g. Jane Doe then you can type in Jane or Doe etc

Filtering

If you would like to filter your call history by Missed, Incoming or Outgoing calls then click on the filter icon next to the Type to search box and tick the option or options you wish to filter by.

No results matching search?

If when you type your search text in the box you see  the message ‘No results matching search’, then this means that the value you typed can't be found in the call history, this could be for number of reasons:

  1. Check for a typo in the number or name you were searching
  2. The call history retains the last 100 calls meaning any calls before will not be shown
  3. If searching for a name, you will only see results for numbers saved in address books (personal or organisation).
  4. Don't use search operators such as *, OR , AND
