Diverts

Steps to take to create a new divert or edit an existing divert.

This article includes information on the ‘Diverts’ section of the platform, its functionality and how to manage diverts. Please see the following for a step-by-step process to successfully manage a divert.

Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)  

  1. Once you are in the Agilico Connect portal, navigate the menu on the left side of the page and select ‘Advanced’ at the bottom. You will then be greeted with a further drop-down menu, select ‘Diverts’
  2. In this form, you will be able to view all numbers registered on your and a Diverted: Active/Disabled toggle button.
  3. To view or modify where a configure divert is pointed to, search for the number you require. To modify select the ‘Pencil’ icon.
  4. You will be greeted by the ‘Number Details’ form. Enter the full telephone number you wish to divert to, then press the 'Save' icon.
  5. To activate the divert, press the toggle button under the 'Diverted' column, to disable press the same button again to uncheck the activation box.
