Feature Codes

This article covers the feature codes available on Agilico Connect

Feature codes are designed to offer access to features or functionality by making a phone call.  They are often used where the device you are using doesn't have direct access to the feature.

Whenever possible it is best to use features through programmable keys on handsets or native functionality in apps.

All feature codes are prefixed with the star character.

Feature Code List

Code Name Description and Usage
8 Site DDI Pickup Picks up a ringing incoming call to any users DDI or extension at the same site
11<Number> User Pickup Picks up a ringing call to a specific user.
Example usage:
A call is ringing on extension 201.  To pickup the call from another device, dial *11201.
21 Time Profile Accesses the time profile menu for the site
31<Number> Site Divert Set Sets a divert for all calls into the site.
Example usage:
To divert all calls at the site to telephone number 01234987654, dial *3101234987654
32 Site Divert Clear Clears a previously set site divert
33<Number> Group Page Starts a group page to the specified group.

37 Call Park Parks a call on the first available park slot
37<Number> Call Park Retrieve Retrieves a call from park.
Example usage:
To retrieve a call from park slot one, dial *3701
43<Number> Voicemail Transfer Transfers a call direct to a voicemail mailbox.
Example usage:
To transfer a call to a voicemail mailbox 123, with the call in progress, start a blind transfer and dial *43123
97 Hold Music Plays the hold music set for the user's site
98 Voicemail Access the voicemail system
