A simple form to create and manage holiday calendars.

In this article you will learn how to create and manage holiday calendar on your tenancy. Please follow the steps below to create a holiday calendar.

Log into the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/). Once you are in the Agilico Connect portal, navigate the menu on the left side of the page and select Advanced at the bottom. You will then be greeted with a further drop down menu, select Holidays.

In this form, you can view all the holidays configured for your tenancy.

  1. To create a new holiday, click the +Add button.
  2. Enter a name for the calendar, i.e. bank holidays.
  3. Press the Save button.
  4. You will now be required to specify dates for your calendar. To do so, press the +Add Date button.
  5. Select a start date and time, then an end date and time.
  6. Press the Save button.
  7. Repeat above for any further dates you wish to add.

Important notes

  • If you are a business who utilise time & date conditions you will also need to add the holiday calendar to these.
  • Remember to check that the holidays you create are assigned to the routing of the numbers you need them on.
