Removing a user from Connect
In Agilico Connect, users are linked to the licences assigned to your tenant. Because of this, a user cannot be permanently deleted from the platform. If a user is no longer required, the recommended approach is to repurpose the user profile so it can be used again in future. To do this: Rename the user to something clear, such as “Spare User 1”.
