The Agilico Connect Web App enables you to make a phone call in 4 ways:

Login 

If you have not already, log in to the Agilico Connect Web App

1. Use the dial pad

The Agilico Connect Web App includes a dial pad, click on the Calls tab on the left of the softphone then you can use the dial pad with your mouse or by clicking on each number you wish to dial or alternatively if your device has a touch screen you can press each button using your finger or stylus.  

Once you have entered the phone number click the call button

To delete a number click the delete buttonto delete the whole number click

2. Type number using the keyboard

Above the dial pad on the Agilico Connect Web App click in the box and type the number you wish to call. 

Once you have entered the phone number either press the Enter button on your keyboard or click the call button

To delete a number click the delete button

3. From call history

1. Click on the Calls tab on the left of the softphone screen
2. In the History section search for the contact you want to call back click to call them back.

4. From address book 

1. Click on the Contacts tab on the left of the softphone screen
2. In the Contacts section search for the contact you want to contact and click on the number you want to call.
