The Agilico Connect Web and Desktop App allow you to subscribe to the state of queues within your tenancy. Subscribing allows you to see if calls are waiting in the queue. You can also intercept and answer calls waiting in the queue even if you are not a member.
Settings
To use this feature, start by navigating to Settings using the menu and then select Queues. You will see a screen similar to the one below.

You can enable or disable the feature with the first toggle.
To hide queue that don't have waiting calls use the second toggle.
You can then use the list to select which queues you would like to subscribe to.
Usage
Once you have enabled the feature and selected the queues you want to monitor navigate back to the calls screen. A Queues panel will show below the calls list. It will look similar to the one below.

When calls are waiting in a queue the indicator bar will flash red. To intercept and answer a waiting call, press the pickup button.
Pickup Failure
It is possible for multiple people to answer a call from a queue at similar times. This can lead to a failure message when pressing the pickup button because once pressed, there were no longer any calls left to answer. This is normal behaviour.
