In this article, we will cover how to generate login details for a user in the Agilico Connect platform and how the user can log in to the Agilico Connect Windows application.
The process includes selecting the user within the Connect platform admin console, adding their email address, setting the correct app type, saving the login details and then using the same email address within the V5 app to request an authentication code.
Log in to the Connect Platform and select the user
- Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/).
- Select “Users” from the menu on the left.
- In the Users list, click on the user you want to generate login details for.
- Then, click the computer icon on the users row.
Configure the User Login
On the user’s page:
- Enter the email address in the empty field.
- Change the App Type to “Agilico Connect for Windows V5.”
- Click the blue Save button.
(A password will be generated automatically - This is only needed for the V4 App.)
Log in to the V5 App
Open the V5 application and enter the same email address you used during registration.
Click Request Code.
The Connect platform will send an authentication code to the email address, which you’ll use to log in and start making and receiving calls.
