Once you have subscribed to Agilico Connect and your service has gone live, you will receive access to our Agilico Connect Customer Portal. This portal is designed to give you easy access to a variety of services such as the ability to amend the way your calls flow, edit the names of users, add personalised voicemail messages and a whole range more.
You can access the Customer Portal from you browser. This allows you to manage your Phone System anytime and from anywhere - eliminating the need for phone calls or emails to make changes.
You can access the Agilico Connect Customer Portal following these simple steps:
- Open a Web Browser: Launch your preferred Web Browser (i.e. Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Navigate to the Customer Portal: You can click the following URL - OR - Alternatively you can type this or copy & paste into the Address Bar and press enter https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/
- Enter your credentials: You will receive these from your designated Account Manager.
Email Address: In the “Email Address field, enter the email address associated with your account.
Password: In the “Password” field, enter the password provided to you from your account manager
Sign in: Click the “Sign In” button to access your account.
Troubleshooting: If you encounter any issues signing in, ensure that your email and password are entered correctly. Please note: if you're copying and pasting your password from an email, sometimes this will put a space on the end of your password, you will need to remove this.

Accessing the Portal: Once signed in, you will be directed to the main dashboard of the Customer Portal, this is where you can manage your Phone System Settings and access various features.
