What does this mean?
Agilico Connect requires standard web traffic ports (TCP Port 80 for HTTP and TCP Port 443 for HTTPS) to be open for outbound connections. This is used for downloading configurations, updates, and general API communication.
How to fix it:
- Firewall Rules: Check your local Windows Firewall, antivirus software, or corporate hardware firewall. Ensure that outbound traffic on TCP ports 80 and 443 is permitted.
- Proxy Servers: If your network routes traffic through a proxy server (like Zscaler or a corporate web filter), you must bypass or whitelist Agilico Connect traffic. The application requires direct access to the internet.
- Captive Portals: If you are on a public Wi-Fi network (like a hotel or cafe), ensure you have opened a web browser and accepted their terms/logged in before attempting to use Agilico Connect.
