Reduced Functionality Error

Error stating "Reduced Functionality - Trying to reconnect to the server, call functionality temporarily unavailable"

If the connection between the Agilico Web App and the server is interrupted then you may see the error below 

To resolve this issue try the following steps 

  1. Check you have a working internet connection on the device with the issue
  2. Try refreshing the web browser
  3. Close the browser and re-open go back to https://softphone.agilicoconnect.co.uk and login.

If the issue keeps occurring 

  1. Ask your IT team to check you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Contact the Agilico Connect Helpdesk for assistance.
