What does STUN Query Blocked mean?

Session Traversal Utilities for NAT (STUN) is how the Agilico Connect app discovers your public IP address and the ports opened by your router. This is strictly required for routing live phone calls (audio data) to your headset.

How to fix it:

  1. Firewall Port Unblocking: Ensure outbound UDP Port 3478 is open on your firewall.
  2. Disable Deep Packet Inspection (DPI): If your firewall inspects UDP traffic (often called DPI or App Control), it may mistakenly block STUN requests.
  3.  Whitelist traffic directed to Agilico's STUN servers.
  4. UDP Timeout Settings: Ensure your router's "UDP Session Timeout" is set to at least 60 seconds to prevent the connection from dropping prematurely.
