Managing voicemail

This article includes information on the ‘Voicemail’ section of the platform, its functionality and how to manage voicemail. Please see the following for a step-by-step process to successfully manage a voicemail box.

Log in to the Agilico Connect Admin Portal (https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/)  

  1. Once logged in, navigate the menu on the left side of the page and select Voicemail 
  2. You will be greeted by the mailbox page, which lists all users by name, number and email address.
  3. To edit a user's voicemail settings, find the user in the list or via the search function. Then click Edit (pencil icon) on the right-hand side.
  4. On the next page, you will see the following settings for the user:

Name

The name of the user to whom the mailbox belongs.

Email Address

The email address of the user to whom the mailbox belongs to.

Voicemail Notification

This option lets you select how the user wishes to receive voicemail notifications. The options are:

  • Off - No notifications, 
  • Handset Only - notified via the user's handset
  • Email Only - notified via email 
  • Both - Notified via Handset and Email.

Sound File

The sound file section lets you modify the greeting on the mailbox, you can select a recording from the drop down which is stored in the sound files section of the platform. To learn how to upload a new sound file, please follow this article

Play Envelope

This option lets you enable (Yes) or disable (No) whether you will hear the date and time when the message was when you listen to your voicemails. 

Play Caller Number

This option lets you enable (Yes) or disable (No) whether you will hear the phone number that left the message when you listen to your voicemails. 

     5. Once you are happy with your changes to the mailbox, press the ‘save’ icon.
