Dashboards

In this article, you will learn how to use the dashboard function on your tenancy. Please follow the below step by step process to successfully create dashboards and run basic call reports.

Login to the Portal https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk.

Once you are in the Agilico Connect portal, navigate the menu on the left side of the page and select ‘Dashboards’ near the bottom.

 You will now be greeted with a new page as seen below.

 

On the right side of the drop down, you have the + button to add new dashboards, followed by the name edit and delete buttons.

To add a new graph into your selected dashboard, press the ‘Add New Graph’ button as seen above. You should see the below window open for you to create your new graph.

 

1. Give your graph a name.

2. Select a graph type from the drop down, the options are as follows:

  • Vertical Bar
  • Horizontal Bar
  • Line
  • Vertical Stacked Bar
  • Doughnut
  • Horizontal Stacked Bar
  • Stacked Line

3. Next, we'll need to label the ‘Axis’, enter relevant names to the data you want to see.

4. Select what information you want to report on. The options are as follows:

  • External Calls
  • Users
  • Menus
  • Queues
  • Call Groups

5. The next few options are where you may need to play around with settings to see the data you want to report on. There are many combinations you can select. See below for an example we have completed.
 

6. Once you have selected the data options you wish to report on. press the ‘Save’ button.

You should now see the graph you have created with the relevant data being displayed. At the top right side of the graph, there should be some management buttons available for you.

The first being an export button, which will export the graphs data into a comma delaminated sheet.

Secondly, a download as image button, to download the graph as seen.

Thirdly, a refresh button which forces the graph to refresh its data.

Then, a settings button to modify the graphs inputs, this looks the same as when creating the graph.

Finally, a remove button, which will remove the graph from the ‘Dashboard’.

 

You have now successfully created your own dashboard and graph.

 

Tips for a Successful Dashboard.

  1. Go in with a plan! know what data you wish to report on so that you spend less time messing around with the different options.
  2. Don't be afraid to modify settings after creation, the data won't disappear and there are many different ways to view your data.
  3. The export tools can be useful for management to see how staff are performing, exporting to a CSV can be useful to see the raw data and to an image for document creation.
