Adding a user to a Call Queue or Ring Group

This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to add add a user to a Call Queue or Ring Group. Call Queues and Ring Groups are both tools that help you direct incoming calls to a pre-defined group of people.

How to Add a User to a Ring Group

1. Log in to the Agilico Connect Portal https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/ 

From the menu on the left, click Call Groups.

2. Choose the Ring Group

From the list of groups, find the Ring Group you want to update.
Click the Pencil Icon in the Options column.
(Example: “Pick-Up” group)

 

3. Add a New Member

In the Group Overview, click the + Add button.

 

4. Select the User

Choose the user you want to add from the dropdown list and click the Save button.

You’ve now successfully added the user to the Ring Group.

 

How to Add a User to a Call Queue

1. Log in to the Agilico Connect Portal https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk/ 

From the menu on the left, click Queues

2. Choose the queue

On the Queues Overview page, click the Pencil Icon next to the queue you want to edit.
(Example: “Main” queue)

 

3. Add a New Member

On the Queue edit page, look for the Members section and click the + Add button.

 

4. Select the User

Choose the new user/extension from the dropdown list and click the Save button.

You’ve now added a user to the Call Queue.
