In this article, you will learn how to add your own hold music to your tenancy. Please follow the below step by step process to successfully add your hold music.
Login to the Portal https://customerportal.hp2k.co.uk
Once you are in the Agilico Connect portal, navigate the menu on the left side of the page and select ‘Advanced’ at the bottom. You will then be greeted with a further drop down menu, select ‘Hold Music’.
In this form you will be able to view all of the hold music configured against your tenancy, inclusive of name, order and options.
- To add new hold music, press the +Add button.
- Enter a name for the entry then click the Save icon.
- The sound files section will now appear underneath the name section.
- Press the +Add button to select a sound file.
- Enter a name for the file, select a sound file from the drop-down menu, then add an order number if required. Press the Save icon.

Order: This is used to play multiple sound files in a specific order, working in a sequential hierarchy, e.g. 0 playing first, then 1 and 2, etc.
